If I were to make a modification to my web pages every time I had a new thought, or came across a new concept, it would be incredibly difficult to maintain. My solution is to introduce this page of articles.

Each article will deal with a very specific aspect of health and fitness. Also, rather than modify the existing pages and try and track all those changes, I will simply put any modifications here as a new article. The science of Bodybuilding is still developing, and as I learn new things, or have new experiences, my views and opinions may change.

Whenever I post a new article, there will be a notification on my 'Recent additions' page.

  1. New research supporting cycling Creatine!
  2. My new and improved opinion on Creatine!
  3. Program Design
  4. Bone remodeling, Osteoperosis, and Training
  5. Protein Power - a review
  6. Lose a pound a day? Let's be realistic!
  7. Most common mistakes made in and out of the gym.
  8. Caloric Ratios, Good Foods, Bad Foods
  9. A word on steroids, side effect, use in sports, etc.
