Quite simply, my intent is to provide you with the best information on the web for building a better body, in as easy to use a format as possible. I want to educate, not dictate as to what and how to achieve your goals.

Think of this web page as a discussion of various aspect of building a better body. Unfortunately, it is mostly a monologue, but this changes the instant you sign my guestbook or email me a question. I invite discussion!

Bodybuilding is an open-ended sport, meaning there are constantly new advancements, new research, and new information. Anybody telling you that there is only one way to train, one perfect routine, one perfect diet, is wrong!

In this field we must keep an open mind. Only through discussion, experience, and science can we hopefully eventually come to a truth. Not to say everything we believe is wrong, but it may not be the best. Maybe it is, we may never know.

About Myself

I am a computing science student, currently working full time as a practicum. My time is consumed by work, training, researching, relationship, and my web page. I don't run this web page for any purpose other than sharing my enthusiasm for the sport of bodybuilding, and keeping myself up to date and informed in all aspects of bodybuilding.

As promised for far too long, here are some pictures of me!

At about 14 years of age:

10 years and about 90 pounds of muscle later:

Hopefully you will find my web page useful, and maybe take the time to sign my guestbook to let me know what you think!
Thanks,
Klaus
