A Bodybuilders Complete Reference Guide

build a better body. Here you will find all the information you need to achieve

There are three main components to achieving success. Most importantly is
DESIRE
This will give you the drive to achieve your goals, and help you in making some
sacrifices, albeit minor ones. The next element is
KNOWLEDGE
This gives you the tools you need to form a plan, and help you in making the
right decisions about what works, what doesn't, and what you need to do to achieve
your goals. And finally
IMPLEMENTATION
This is where you go out there and just do it! Do the exercise, eat the right food,
balance your meals, and act on everything you put on your plan. This takes some
discipline, as saying(planning) and doing(implementing) are two different things.
