comments:Found this website through muscle.com This is my ninth month of weight training and I am trying to reach the top. I mean that I'm making progressive gains and I plan to keep on climbing until I have the competetive look/build. I am a drug free bodybuilder and always will be! I have gain approximately 22-25 lbs. of lean muscle in only nine months and all my friends think that I'm on steroids. I used to let it get to me, but now I tend to accept it as a reminder to not give up; because I must be making progress if they think that I'm on steroids! I use the Mr.O contenders as incentives to keep on lifting until I get that big. I know that a person can only grow so big naturally but that gives me a goal to strive for... ALL NATURAL!!!

comments:Excellent site! You've covered extremely important issues within bodybuilding. I'm a college student weighting at 172 lbs and at a height of 6 feet. I'm trying to really get back into bodybuilding. My current goal is to put on about 10 to 20 lbs of muscle in a course of several months to a year. After visiting your site, I decided to start a workout plan in which each body part gets worked really hard once a week (except for maybe calves and abs).
