comments:I was searching the web for some bodybuilding info., and all I could find was people selling stuff -- so you can imagine my delight in finding your site! I am a 28 year old female, and I have recently begun to lift free weights to help my martial arts training. Your site is great, and I found your supplement section very helpful! Keep up the good work and thanks for being there!

comments:I thought you had some good information. I've been working out for about 8 yrs and have never really pulled it all together with diet and the gym. You had some good tips on dieting and planning meals. I've finally decided to bring it all together and get my body fat down where I've wanted it for, well, I'm 28, so I guess where I've wanted it for 28 years. I'm on the Bodyopus diet right now and its working good but I think it is will stop working once my body gets adjusted. Time will tell. Take care, Paul Hewitt

comments:Congratulations! This site is great. I'd just decided to start exercising, and I browsed the internet trying to find some info on how to loose weight by finding a diet, and some exercises I could do at home. I was very pleased with the info you've put together. I'm going to start today! One last thing: Some exercises could be perhaps better explained... There were some that I think could benefit from a picture. Even a crude sketch might help. I'd say it's 95% great! Keep up the good work

Therefore I am limited to supplementing my diet with a soy based protein shake. After reading your table on protein. I saw soy was ranked rather low. Do you believe that it is still beneficial to use soy or should I just eat another serving of fish or chicken throughout the day. Your reply would graetly be appreciated.

Because like yourself I'm not only a bodybuilder but I also graduated from the University of South Florida with a Computer Engineering degree. Now I have a job at GTE where I program using C and C++. Trust me, all the studying is worth it! And equally important is to keep training hard. After all, what good is it to have a high paying job but look like crap. Smart & Big is my motto. Anyway, whenever you have time, drop me a line or two and lets talk some training. Take Care, Hugo.

comments:Yours is the first site that was worthy (and very much so) of being added to my bookmarks regarding body building. Major kudos! and thanks for putting up such a fantastic amount of informaion. I worked out a long time ago and enjoyed it a lot. I must say though, I would do 30 minutes on the tread mill at a high angle, 20-30 minutes on the wind racer, 32 minutes doing resistance training (and I hit it hard!) and then would wrap it up with some free weights. I'd feel fantastic afterwords, not at all tired. As you said everyone is different. As for where I found your page... i was bouncing all over the web looking around. (a whole lot of pages with nothing more than pictures of the page owner and nothing else.) I'd also like to give you another kudos on the informaion on fat burning exercises. Tim

comments:Hi Klaus, Your site is informative, comprehensive, easy to read & understand, entertaining - great, in other words. I've printed quite a few pages for weekend reading. I quote the following email, by victor rubba (vrubba@hotmail.com) that I found on the misc.fitness discussion group : "For a totally comprehensive and indepth look at ALL aspects of physical fitness, check out this web page I found. It has tons of interesting articles, and the web owner is always enthusiastic to answer questions and is open to suggestions looking to improve his web page all the time. Great for both men and women. Check it out." Quite a compliment for you and Victor was not wrong. The only critisism I have is that your highlighted categories on your home page don't "dim" after you've visited the particular page, so it's a bit difficult to remember where you've been if you were mucking about all over the place. I have a question : I am 1.93m tall and weigh 88kg. I am quite happy with my body, although I would like to add some mass. At the same time, though, I have a tube of fat around my waist, and albeit far from a real problem (as in obese), I am always torn between losing the fat first by doing lots of cardio (which I love) or by going on a mass gaining streak first - I'm not very clear on how I can combine the effort. I usually go to gym about 3 - 4 times a week, do a 15 min jog, then about 30 - 35 minute super circuit and then a 5 to 10 minute walk or jog, depending on how tired I am. I have been advised to do less cardio but don't feel like giving that up. What do you think? Best Regards Bennie Cape Town, South Africa I

I figured, who better to ask then someone who lives and breathes fitness. My friend and I get frustrated at the gym when we don't have a specific routine or workout to follow. Our motivation takes a serious dive half way through. I can't workout with my boyfriend because we just end up getting in an argument by the end of the workout. What to do ha? I have to work out so I have to come up with a solution. I hope your tips will help. If you have any additional tips or suggestions other than the ones listed on your web site or maybe even a workout you think might be good, I'm all ears! comments:Hi Klaus, I almost gave up looking for information on bodybuilding because there are so many websites on the subject that just wants to sell something. It gets pretty frustrating and time consuming trying to filter through all of them. Luckily, I found your webpage and it has everything I need. Thank you and keep up the excellent work! I'm a novice in this area and was wondering if you could answer a few questions? I, like anyone else, would like to decrease my body fat percentage and increase lean muscle mass. I've been watching what I eat and working out at least 4-5 times a week incorporating cardio and strenth training. The problem is my body fat percentage is too high, estimating at 29% - I'm 28, 5'3", 137 lbs and it's hard to see any muscle gains. I read cycling 2 days on 1 day off of 20-25 mg Ephedrine/200 mg Caffine/300 mg Aspirin can speed up fat loss. I want to try this combination to help me get rid of the fat. Have you tried this combination? Does it work and is there any side effects? I would appreciate your help and advise. I hope to hear from you soon. Thanks, Maria Pagaran
