So What's New Anyhow?

This is my page for keeping track of recent additions. I realize many sites have lists of articles, and just add new ones to the top of that list. That's a great way of doing it, but I have committed myself to a style closer resembling a book than a list of articles.

So if you want to check back and see what, if any new information has been added to this page, check here! I will put the most recent additions at the top, and put a date next to each.

Also talks about some various diets, and serves as an intro to an up-and-coming article dealing with weight-loss in greater depth, so stay tuned!!

At long last I have populated my micro-nutrients page covering vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. Find out what various substances help your body achieve your goal of health and buffness.

Also, I finally found a useful female bodybuilding site!! Look for it on my age/sex (I suppose gender would sound better?) page. And I added a link to a site with a few video exercise demonstrations, find it near the top of my exercises page.

Slightly expanded the section on training for the old and young.
